Here's how it works.
Introducing, On-demand Reporting.
In the left hand navigation of the Agent app, you’ll now find a new ‘Reports’ section. Admins, Finance, Housing Officers and Housing Managers can now request a range of reports. Whenever they're required. These can also be accessed in accordance with permission levels.
Tailored To You
Reports can be tailored by organisation and date, so you can generate all you need, straight from our platform.
You can now choose to exclude completed jobs and/or cancelled jobs in a performance report for more flexibility and a much clearer picture.
Oh, and when the report is ready to download, we’ll send you an email containing a link to your download file. So you don't miss it.
